[wtr-general] Stack Overflow Synonym

If you have 5 or more SO reputation on the `watir` tag, please upvote
watir-webdriver and watir-classic as synonyms for watir:

https://stackoverflow.com/tags/watir/synonyms

There are not separate communities for these tags, so the same people
will answer the questions regardless of the tag, and this helps us get
the message across that watir-webdriver and watir-classic are
deprecated.
